How to Cook Chicken in a Fire Pit

How to make a Fire-Pit: Dig a hole about 18 inches deep and light a fire in it, use plenty of firelighters if you need to. You will need a chicken. Preferably a large one. Then loads of herbs and spices, whatever comes to hand. Salt, pepper and importantly some STRONG tin foil. Now watch video.
